We offer Goddess Flow every Friday at 5pm pst, in person and on Zoom. Our in-person class is limited to only 5 sisters each week, but Zoom is unlimited. You only need a floor space a bit larger than a yoga mat and you're good to go. Please use the appropriate link for how you'll be joining us.
Goddess Flow
I combined my 25 years of experience in the fitness industry working specifically with women as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and dance teacher with my mastery of spiritual energy and divine feminine embodiment to create Goddess Flow.
Goddess Flow is the ultimate movement class for women as it supports your physical AND your feminine spiritual body equally. As I guide you through long, flowing movements that feel like a cross between yoga and sensual dance, you will:

Goddess Flow also includes a Shakti activation and an energy healing in every class. I use my gifts to activate the feminine sexual energy nestled at the base of your spine and you get to feel waves of bliss, pleasure, and emotion flow through your body. This wakes up your libido and empowers the Goddess energy woven through your light body to rise to the surface for expression. When you feel the Goddess within you, your energy shifts and other people, like your partner, notice!
At the end of class, when you're exhausted in bliss and satisfaction, you get to just lay there while I transmit supportive and harmonizing frequencies into your field that neutralize discordant energies and restore your nervous system.
Because hydrating the fascial networks is necessary to increase electrical conductivity through your body and energy field, this movement isn't just about empowering the goddess within. Movement of this nature is a huge piece of the puzzle when it comes to moving energy through your light body and increasing the flow through your chakras. Increased energy flow means the releasing of blockages and stagnation where traumas have coagulated. It is common for our sisters to have deep emotional purges while moving through the class as trapped emotions are suddenly set free and carried along the river of newly flowing energy.
Sisters report a return to joy, invigorated libido, increased connection with their bodies and their partners, deep trauma releases, feelings of empowerment in their lives, and renewed trust in other women as they share space in sacred sisterhood.
