For thousands of years, the false patriarchy has hidden, destroyed, and rewritten history in an attempt to erase the Goddess and siphon feminine power. We have been programmed to believe that our bodies are sinful, our desires are shameful, and that a woman empowered with her sensuality is a witch or a whore. If women knew the power they held in their bodies, the oppression on this planet would have been thwarted a long time ago, which is why there has been such vehement assault on the Divine Feminine since the rise of the Roman Empire. Sisters, it is time to reclaim what is rightfully ours and use it to heal Humanity. Goddess Flow is where we reclaim our feminine expression through somatic sensual movement that sets our emotions free and activates the Shakti energy at the base of our spine, awakening the Divine Feminine Goddess within. And because hydrating the fascial networks is necessary to increase electrical conductivity through your body and energy field, this movement isn't just about awakening the goddess. Movement of this nature is a huge piece of the puzzle when it comes to moving energy through your light body and increasing the flow through your chakras. Increased energy flow means the releasing of blockages and stagnation where traumas have coagulated. It is common for our sisters to have deep emotional purges while moving through the class as trapped emotions are suddenly set free and carried along the river of newly flowing energy.  Sisters report a return to joy in their lives, invigorated libido, increased connection with their bodies and their partners, deep trauma releases, feelings of empowerment in their lives, and renewed trust in other women as they share space in sacred sisterhood.
