Women's Retreats for a Purpose
Our retreats are a little bit different! As we gather together in the absolutely magical sanctuary of Mount Shasta to heal our body shame and sister wounds in multiple quantum healing ceremonies, learn how to connect and communicate with Mother Earth and the Nature Spirits at powerful vortex locations, and remember our connection to the stars, we contribute directly to the healing of sex trafficking survivors.
100% of the profits of our retreats go toward our dream of building a refuge which would enable us to receive, provide safety for, and rehabilitate the women and children of human sex trafficking.
Mother Nature is the ultimate healer. Coming home to her is the safest and most loving vehicle for coming home to ourselves. One of our prayers for our retreats is for you to feels safe to bare all to Her, including the beauty of your bare body.
This is not a nudist retreat. Previous retreat attendees report how surprised they are that nudity was not as much of a focus they thought it would be, but rather a gentle invitation to meet themselves deeper when the moment felt right.
As we shed our clothes, we shed the layers of oppression and female competition that make us believe our naked bodies are shameful or ugly. When the true beauty of our bodies is met with the beauty of Mother's body, we remember our original innocence, playfulness, and child-like joy. There really is no healing like it.
The safety of our own private campground behind a locked gate, with private access to Shasta Lake, provides the perfect setting for healing body shame and bonding with other women to heal our sister wounds.

Sacred Sisterhood
Patriarchal programming over thousands of years has pitted women against each other. First, it convinced us we needed to compete for men for our own survival and now it has convinced us we must compete with men to prove our worth. Our soft but fierce feminine magic has been shoved down deep into our wombs, not dead, but sleeping, brooding, and waiting for us to remember the power we hold within. Mother Earth is beckoning to us, calling us home to her medicine.
Sacred sisterhood is the healing balm, the rallying chorus of sister wombs ready to reclaim what has been forgotten.
One of the most common comments I get from the ladies in my containers is how unbelievably safe they feel and how welcoming the other women are. I set an example for how we are to interact with each other. I hold the frequency of Mother with compassion and wild authenticity. Ladies within my containers are transformed simply by being there and receiving this kind of modeling.
We will gather in circle together, eat deliciously healthy meals together, meditate every morning together, commune with spirit together, and heal in quantum healing ceremonies together. We will hold each other, laugh with each other, scream with each other, AND IT WILL BE GLORIOUS.
If you don't believe this is possible for you, I hope you'll let me show you. We are designed to have these kinds of relationships with other women. This is how we combined our power as wise women, witches, and healers to fight oppression in our past lives. And the time again is now.
Three Healing Ceremonies
Mount Shasta is a very special place, abundant with energy vortexes, where spiritual seekers have come for generations to heal and commune with Spirit. These lands are a prime location to hold healing ceremonies that reconnect you with Mother Nature and your sacred power. The mountain and surrounding water ways are covered in portals and energetic vortexes that thin the veil between dimensions. It is common to experience energetic anomalies, have sightings of orbs and apparitions, and even Spirit and interdimensional communication.
The type of quantum energy healing I facilitate is very potent and often compared to a plant medicine ceremony without the psychedelics. During the course of our 5-night retreat together, I will be giving 3 different healing ceremonies that will clear you of self-abandonment, body shame, and fear while healing your relationship with other women, reconnecting you with the Earth Womb, and activating your Divine Feminine power. Our final ceremony is a rebirth ceremony under the full moon including an anointing with sacred waters.
I promise you, these ceremonies will transform you. The woman who joins us on Day 1 will not be the same woman walking out of the forest on Day 6.
Escape the Matrix
This is not just another luxury retreat in an Airbnb or modern retreat center. The point is to break you out of the mundane matrix reality, away from where every creature comfort is within your grasp, and out into the wildness of nature so you can remember your primal feminine spirit. That's why I chose to make these retreats centered around camping. The dark skies around Mount Shasta are perfect for the most amazing stargazing and connecting with our star families!
It's ok if you don't have much experience camping. You'll have everything you need and the adventure will awaken something wild and joyful within you that you probably have not felt since you were a child. Our feet will be dirty, our hair will be messy, but our hearts will be full and our wombs will be wide awake.
Morning Ritual
Getting out of the city and having the opportunity to meditate with the sounds of nature every morning is a gift. We all need this! I love to help women connect with meditation practices and energy work tools they can really use and enjoy. And because we might be a little sore from hiking and playing the previous day, some guided intuitive stretching overlooking Shasta Lake will be just what we need to restore our bodies.
Each morning of our retreat together, we will rise with the sun, and I will guide you through some lymphatic exercises and deep somatic stretches to release inflammation and tension while easing soreness and prepping the body for a day of hiking to a magical vortex location.
After stretching, I will guide you through a morning meditation to increase your subtle sensory perception and psychic awareness. Mount Shasta is a magical place to commune with Spirit and receive clarity about your life. The energy here is different and you will definitely feel it. This kind of meditation will connect you to your body, cleanse your central channel and energy field, and open your subtle sensory perception so you can receive messages and downloads from your Highest Self and Spirit throughout the retreat more clearly.

Frolic Like A Fairy
During our days together, we will have transportation to powerful and palpable vortex locations around the Mount Shasta area to hike and play in the wilderness. I will teach you how to connect with the land spirits through meditation and energy work practices to open and activate your channel for the receiving of wisdom and guidance from loving Spirit energies.
Each vortex we visit emits a different type of energy that will heal and activate you in different ways. Spontaneous healings and channel activations are common.
We walk this land with great reverence and gratitude, picking up trash everywhere we go, and taking nothing while bringing our loving presence. The Spirits of the Land love to be of service to humans with this level of humility and will jump at the opportunity to work with you on what you need.
Full Moon Rebirth Ceremony
Our whole retreat leads up to a Full Moon Rebirth ceremony at magical Shasta Lake. Throughout the week together we will be shedding skins that have grown thin and tight, and we will be dissolving the societal programming that keeps us locked down and numbed out in our lives. In the loving arms of sacred sisterhood and Mother Earth, our hearts and wombs will be blossoming and yearning for a resurrection.
Lakes have long been associated with the womb of Mother Earth. We will surrender our bodies to the baptismal womb waters of the lake and emerge renewed and reborn, free of the burdens of shame and self-abandonment, ready to truly love ourselves and to share the fullness of our Divine Feminine power with the world.

I've been hiking naked around sacred locations for a while now, and it has been one of the most healing aspects in my journey of awakening and reclamation. But I wasn't always this eager to strip down and I didn't always feel this safe...
Heal Body Hatred & Shame
From the moment we are pulled from our mother's womb, there is a harshness in the way we are handled. Our umbilical cords cut before we are ready, our DNA tampered with, and our bodies poked, prodded, and even mutilated in the name of what is socially accepted. At a cellular level we are immediately imprinted with the feeling that we have no agency over our own body, that we are unsafe in our body, that our body parts are dispensable, and that we are not safe here on Earth.
As we grow, we are programmed through our parents, society, and especially through pop culture tv/movies and music to believe that our bodies are not sacred and their only real value is in their appearance, their sexual gratification, and their ability to procreate.
We learn to be ashamed of our ever-changing bodies, and we move through life like it's a meat market, disconnected from our inherent worth as divine beings, continuously self-abandoning to prove our value. This seeds shame, self-hatred, and competition between women and drives separation between us and our Earth Mother who would remind us how loved we are if only we'd reach out for her.
To address my own shame and absence of self-love, I turned to Mother Earth for refuge and healing. I would run away to high-energy locations like Mount Shasta, Sedona, and Joshua Tree just to be with her and hear her voice more clearly. It was she who encouraged me to strip my body bare to be closer to her.
I was terrified at first. What if somebody saw? What would they think? What if my body is ugly?
I was confronted with the virus of shame with which I had been infected and returning to Mother was the antidote. I could feel it in my bones. Overwhelmed with tidal waves of endless love, I sobbed the first time I surrendered to her beckoning, and I could feel Mother shuddering with joy as she received her daughter home. This is the same experience retreat attendees report having.
Since then, I have never been the same. I have never felt more beautiful. I have never felt more confident in this 42-year-old body that has gifted me 3 beautiful daughters. And I have never felt more connected to Mother Earth and the Spirit of the land.
Sharing this experience with other women so they too can come home to their bodies and commune with Mother Nature in this way is now a passion of mine. We all deserve to feel this free.
The embodiment of our feminine magic is incumbent upon us journeying into our depths to remember our connection to Mother and each other. Can you hear the call?

Accommodations
We have a private and secluded group campground overlooking, and with direct access to, Shasta Lake! Everyone gets their own campsite within our private campground as well as their own tent. If you have your own tent, please bring it. Let us know if you don't have one and one will be provided for you. Bring your own sleeping bag/pillow/sleeping pad.
There are bathrooms and running water at the campground. We will bathe in the healing waters of the lakes and rivers. (This has been a particularly fun and memorable experience for previous retreat attendees.)
Please note this is a camping retreat, not a retreat center. We will be traversing rough, narrow, rocky hiking trails with moderate inclines throughout the retreat.
Transportation
If you are flying in, you will use Redding Airport. We will provide transportation to and from the airport. You are also welcome to drive in.
Food & Drinks
All meals are included in the registration price, except the last meal which is at a restaurant. This is an alcohol-free retreat. Water, coffee, and a variety of teas will be provided.
All meals are nutritious and fit for goddesses. Breakfasts will be comprised of yogurt and granola options with fresh fruit, eggs, and oatmeal with fruit and nuts. Salads, custom trail mix, and fresh fruit for lunches. Vegetable forward dinners. Our last dinner will be at a restaurant in downtown Mount Shasta after souvenir shopping at an AMAZING metaphysical store big enough to get lost in.
Previous retreat attendees have commented on how delicious and healthy the meals are and have reported that they have helped them to kickstart healthier eating habits after returning home.
The exact menu will depend on what is fresh and available.
Activities
We will start each day with lymphatic exercises, somatic stretching, and guided meditation to clear and prepare your field for a day of connecting to Spirit. We will then enjoy a nutritious breakfast before embarking upon our daily adventure.
Our days will be spent hiking to powerful vortex locations for healing and activation and playing in lakes/rivers/waterfalls while learning how to connect and commune with Nature Spirits and our Guides. I will teach you many tools throughout the duration of the retreat to assist in the activation of your channel and the attunement of your psychic awareness. The hiking level is moderate on unpaved, narrow trails. We keep the pace slow and considerate of all fitness levels.
Our evenings will be spent relaxing and gathering around the fire for a shared meal and soulful conversation. Three of the days will include quantum ceremonial healings that will transform you on all levels. We will also have a night of stargazing with cacao to connect with the stars and our star families. Our last night will include a rebirth ceremony with the Full Moon reflecting off the lake and an anointing ceremony in the holy womb waters of Earth. This last ceremony is truly magical.
The exact itinerary will be shared closer to our retreat date.
Price
These retreats are offered in direct service to our project to build a community refuge to receive and rehabilitate the survivors of sex trafficking at no cost for the survivor. As such, 100% of the profits are used to support the actualization of that project and the ongoing funding of the program.

Regular Early Bird Pricing (10/1/26-12/1/26): $1,800 paid in full or 3 payments of $650

I'm accepting a maximum of 10 women for this retreat. Partial attendance is not an option, as this is a container which would be compromised if we had ladies coming and leaving on different days.
A suggested packing list and complete itinerary will be provided to all attendees by April 1st, 2027.
