Our retreats are a little bit different! As we gather together in the absolutely magical sanctuary of Mount Shasta to heal our body shame and sister wounds in multiple quantum healing ceremonies, learn how to connect and communicate with Mother Earth and the Nature Spirits at powerful vortex locations, and remember our connection to the stars, we contribute directly to the healing of sex trafficking survivors. 100% of the profits of our retreats go toward our dream of building a refuge which would enable us to receive, provide safety for, and rehabilitate the women and children of human sex trafficking. ​Mother Nature is the ultimate healer. Coming home to her is the safest and most loving vehicle for coming home to ourselves. One of our prayers for our retreats is for you to feels safe to bare all to Her, including the beauty of your bare body. This is not a nudist retreat. Previous retreat attendees report how surprised they are that nudity was not as much of a focus they thought it would be, but rather a gentle invitation to meet themselves deeper when the moment felt right.  As we shed our clothes, we shed the layers of oppression and female competition that make us believe our naked bodies are shameful or ugly. When the true beauty of our bodies is met with the beauty of Mother's body, we remember our original innocence, playfulness, and child-like joy. There really is no healing like it.​ The safety of our own private campground behind a locked gate, with private access to Shasta Lake, provides the perfect setting for healing body shame and bonding with other women to heal our sister wounds.
