As we gather together in the sanctuary of Nature to heal our own hyper-sexualized programming, body shame, feminine competition wounding, and distrust of the masculine, we contribute directly to the healing of sex trafficking survivors. 100% of the profits of our retreats go toward our dream of building a refuge which would enable us to receive, provide safety for, and rehabilitate the women and children of human sex trafficking. ​Mother Nature is the ultimate healer. This is why the core of our retreats is to get naked in the wildness of her beauty. As we strip our clothes, we also strip the layers of oppression that keep us believing our naked bodies are shameful or ugly. When the true beauty of our bodies is met with the beauty of Mother's body, we remember our purity and original innocence. We remember playfulness and child-like joy. There really is no healing like it. ​Survivors of trauma as severe as sex-trafficking need the healing power of Mother Earth to ever truly come home to themselves and remember that they are not what has happened to them. Bare Body Retreats is a non-profit organization with the goal of buying a big, beautiful piece of land to house a community of healers and humans who want to help these souls and nurture them back to wholeness.
