Each month learn new meditation and psychic awareness tools, entrain your energy field to Divine frequencies, and activate your Light Body. For the month of October, we're going to be focusing on: Cultivating Stillness and Expanding Awareness. Attending Gnosis every month will: - teach you how to love meditating - teach you how to access your Highest Self - clear your body and energy field of negative and foreign energies not of your Soul’s essence - connect with the intelligence of your body to feel what is True for you - bring spirituality and prayer into meditation - activate your psychic and empathic gifts - strengthen the psychic gifts you already have - activate your cellular memory - align your life with your highest timeline - teach you how to cultivate stillness - lift and expand your consciousness - support your healing/awakening/ascension journey - attune your energy field to higher frequencies - receive guidance from your Highest Self and Spirit guides - get you “on mission,” doing what you came here to do 2-3 hour gathering with in-depth instruction and discussion on the techniques of the month as well as live practice time with Q&A: $55 energy exchange with recording included
