Service Description

We've received a lot of feedback that meditating on your own at home is hard and you don't know how to access your Highest Self, Spirit Guides, or the state of expanded awareness you feel when I'm guiding you. I have created this offering to assist with this! In Gnosis, I will guide you through a meditation to raise your vibration and expand your awareness while transmitting the frequencies needed to hold you in that expanded state. Over time and with regular attendance to Gnosis, you will begin to develop a "muscle memory" for that state and be able to maintain it yourself. Once in the expanded state, we will bring in your Highest Self so you can begin to recognize and communicate with that energy for guidance and higher timeline alignment. Our intention is that over time, attending Gnosis will result in an enjoyable personal meditation practice for you in which you are confident in your own ability to receive guidance from your Soul/Highest Self/Spirit Guides and you will WANT to meditate every day.
