Shakti Shake

Service Description

Shakti Shake is part ecstatic dance and part somatic stretch. We're going to pound our feet and shake our hips with the rhythm of the Earth to activate our Shakti energy and release built up energetic charge from our nervous system. You'll sweat to relieve inflammation while connecting deeply with your body and your primal feminine energy. We'll finish the class with fire circle integration to recover and restore. These classes are a great way to reclaim your joy and pleasure, heal your shame, remember your playfulness, and get a great workout and stretch in the process.
