This is not a technique class. This is not about making your body perform certain movements that are deemed "sexy" or "sensual." This is about reclaiming your wild feminine expression through intuitive sensual movement that sets your emotions free and activates the Shakti energy at the base of your spine, awakening the Divine Feminine Goddess within. This is about surrendering to your body, to your breath, to your opening, and to the flow of your soul through your intuitive movement. No experience is needed because it's not about how much you can DO, it's about how deeply and completely you can ALLOW. In our Live class each week, we only take 6 sisters so please register early. If you are joining us virtually, you'll need a little floor space and that's it. Regardless of how you're joining us, come wearing something cozy/comfy/cute that makes you feel like YOU that you can move in. No performance in this class. No heels ever.
